Beware if you hire them for septic work or rock. We bought septic rock from them and it was not clean like it should have been. Yhey made excuses but didn't make good on the thousands of dollars we spent. I can only imagine what else they will pull.

We closed on our new home the end of November the crawl space flooded the end of January, thank God we had not moved in yet. I called Jake while he was out of state, he told me he would call me as soon as he returned ,which he did. Jake put us in touch with a group of people to help in every phase of repair, while Jake excavated our foundation to the footings . We are now ready for hydroseed and a fence . Five stars plus in my opinion.

I had a new home built recently and Jake and crew were involved from start to finish. Cleared the lot, prepped the building site and did the finish landscaping. Jake and his crew were great to work with and I highly recommend Knik Landscaping.
