We found out that we had t have a new heating system due to cracked heat exchange. KLM came out to provide an estimate the same day and two days later, they installed a new system. Jermane and Dan were the installers. They were efficient and professional. We would definitely recommend (and have) KLM to others.
Sean, Nick & Bradley were courteous and diligent. Tried there best to keep the carpet clean (drop cloths used) even though it rained.
They answered any questions we had. Completed the installation in a timely manor even though it was difficult. We were impressed. They are definitely a plus to your work force.

Was able to get an appointment quickly! We were having issues with our furnace turning on then off quickly after. Someone came out to look at it and found it was just an old filter issue. They did the cleaning and everything has been in good shape. They were honest about pricing and the issue! Will be using again come the spring.
Scheduling was fast and easy (we chose the yearly cleaning option $225). Mike did an amazing job cleaning our 6-year-old furnace and making sure everything was running perfectly. We’ll definitely be referring everyone to KLM!
Update, had the crews back out to services the HVAC units that needed to get reworked and also had a supervisor out. They worked on making right what had not been correct the first time. Also served 1 unit for free and adjusted 1 other bill.
I had three furnaces serviced in my building, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. Shortly after the service, I encountered a problem with one of the furnaces and decided to inspect it myself. To my surprise, it didn’t even look like the furnace cover had been opened. The unit was filthy, and the flame sensor was still dirty—clear signs that proper maintenance was not performed.
For new business owners looking for quality, expert HVAC service for their buildings, I cannot recommend this company. Attention to detail and thoroughness are critical in this field, and based on my experience, this company failed to meet those standards.
Following my phone call with the company, I was informed they would partially credit the $250 I paid for one furnace after conducting a test and determining that the motor was bad. However, I had already informed the technician during the service visit that the motor was bad, had ordered a replacement, and specifically requested that the furnace be serviced. Despite this clear communication, it appears my instructions were disregarded, and the service provided did not meet expectations.
