Two weeks before our 10 year weeding anniversary the wife snagged a prong and dropped a small stone. Inexpensive but still. Took it in and Marry was amazing. Amazing customer service and quality of repair. Quick turnaround highly recommend.
Mary was very knowledgeable and flexible when helping us shop for an engagement ring. She has been the most genuine and professional Jeweler we've come across. Her store has a plethora of beautiful unique pieces and she can get access to anything she doesn't have on hand. Our experience with you has been unforgettable. We'll definitely come back again.
Word of caution for watch owners. I took my relatively inexpensive quartz Tissot here for a new battery and the lady who worked on it made several deep scratches in the case back. It was in near new condition prior to this, you can see where she let the tool slip out of place a few times while removing and reinstalling the back. Lesson learned the hard way, won’t be going back for anything in the future.
