Thank you to KS Plumbing, and Ryan in particular for fixing our inconsistent hot water issues that had been plaguing us for a while. KS Plumbing has done a lot of work for us in the past and found them to be knowledgeable and generally easy to work with (scheduling, availability of parts, no over-selling). Highly recommend.
I was lucky to get a quick appointment and a plumber, John A., who knew exactly what needed to be done to solve my problem. Courteous, friendly, and efficient, he got right to work, rodded my backed -up pipes, and they were cleared in a jiffy. He told me the cost in advance, and I was so glad that I had called them. I loved that they are a family-owned company that has been passed through generations. KUDOS!!
A week ago I asked Kevin Szabo Plumbing to come to my home to investigate a very large leak in my kitchen ceiling. Tony and Ed were sent to investigate and repair. They were both kind, thorough, personable and communicated upfront what the costs involved would entail. Both men were knowledgeable and thorough. They were careful and respectful of my home and I was very impressed with them. It was evident from the beginning to the end that they were not only professional, but they are amazing representatives of their Employer and his business practices and culture! I used Szabo plumbing to replace my water heater this week. Ryan & Luke came to do the install and were very professional & efficient. They let me know when they were on the way and showed up when promised. A little bit of extra work was needed (which I was aware of a head of time) to repipe but everything was explained and agreed upon before any work began. Even with the SMALL price difference from the initial quote (due to the additional work) the entire job still came in less than I was quoted by two other local companies. I’m very happy with the new water heater and the exceptional service I received. I would (and will) absolutely recommend Kevin Szabo plumbing to anyone who needs quality work done at affordable prices. You’ve earned a loyal customer!
We had a blocked line to our septic tank so I looked online and called Szabo Plumbing early the next morning. The gentleman that answered the phone said someone would be out between 11 and 1 and promptly at 11:00 John was at our door. I showed him the location of the soil pipe in the basement and he determined the easiest way was to remove the toilet on the first floor. The job was completed quickly and efficiently and for a reasonable price too. I highly recommend Szabo for your plumbing needs.
