Shaun seemed willing to help diagnose my problem. He virtually tried to clean up my pc, recommended me some parts to upgrade to fix my problem as well. After buying and installing those parts myself I still continued to crash since the problem was not fixed. I reached out to Shaun for some more assistance, and he totally stopped answering me. So now I’m left with a pc that is still crashing and I am out $100+ dollars that I paid for my problem to be fixed. On Shaun’s website it also does state that they would refund your money if the problem couldn’t be fixed. But I would take that with a grain of salt as he totally ghosted me after his initial diagnose did not fix my issue. I would only recommend Shaun for basic repairs.

Shaun is a wonderful technician or should I say wonderful period. He worked on my computer effortlessly and now I have a brand new one. Shaun listened to my every concern and was very patient. He took the time to explain everything to me. Absolutely 💯 wonderful. I will never use anyone else. Shaun is my go to guy! Thank you Shaun for making my computer 😊 again.
