Couldn't ask for better service. My oven went out and it was fixed within a short time of calling! Victor was able to diagnose and fix the problem in under an hour. He was very professional, knowledgeable and the repair price was very affordable. I would definitely call on Prime Appliance Services for future repairs!

Victor was here within the time frame scheduled. Went to work immediately. Within an hour he had not only diagnosed the problem with my washer AND oven but he had fixed them! Our old wall oven stopped working a few months ago. I called and Victor came out a half hour later. Oven was fixed same day very quickly and for an extremely fair price. Definitely call here first for any repairs. Highly recommend.

Service was done within 24 hours. The gentleman who answered the phone gave me a four hour window that worked for me. Victor was able to accomplish the repair in record time and was professional as well as personable. We spoke about options and I felt he was honest and direct. He pointed out that there was a warranty with the parts and I felt assured that I was doing the right thing. Victor was amazing with his presentation and his expertise.
