Keller Tile

Chris did a great job installing a new kitchen tile backsplash. He was very helpful in recommending tile and grout, and dealing with the unexpected when old tile was removed and surprises were found from previous installations underneath. He communicated with me throughout the project, including sending photos of the job in progress, FaceTiming, and even sending a video showing how he left the property when he was finished (I am out of state). His prices were reasonable, including for additional work that needed to be done when surprises were encountered. I'd recommend him and would use him again for future projects.

Chris has great attention to detail and is easy to work with. He replaced a customer shower that was ~4 years old but had been installed wrong by another contractor (e.g., floor wasn't angled properly toward drain, door was installed wrong so water was penetrating the curb, etc.). He listened to our wish list, offered designed guidance to ensure the end result would work for us, gave us a fair and transparent estimate, and maintained great communication throughout the project. We had some unexpected surprises during the project (e.g., the subfloor had previous water damage), but Chris found solutions for every problem that popped up. We are delighted with the finished product! Chris is a pro and we would happily hire again the next time we need tile work.

Chris did exceptional work for us! He was efficient, transparent, and trustworthy from the very beginning. Chris ripped out existing tile from the 1940s and installed new wall and floor tile in our bathroom. His tile work is immaculate. Chris also installed our sink, toilet, and fixtures. He took great care throughout the process, as if it were his own home. We could not have asked for a better contractor to guide us through the process of redoing our bathroom.
