The electrician/ repairman was not only on time but early!!! He did try to contact me re. his early arrival but I was not able to meet him any earlier than we had scheduled. He was very through re. diagnosing my electrical problem with my chandelier. It turned out to be the switch. Thankfully he had one on the truck. It was expenssive to buy that one, but I decided it was worth it to just get the job done. I also liked that he had a young man with him that he was mentoring. We don't have enough craftsmen/women so I am pleased that Craftsman Electric is investing in the future.

We needed some electrical work done and rerouted for our church before we could have our hvac and a/c system replaced, Craftsman Electric was very efficient and met our needs within the timeframe we needed to facilitate the start of our hvac work. This company is very professional and knowledgeable and comes highly recommended and we know that their work is indeed quality work. West Side Baptist Church is grateful for their professionalism and availability to assist when we had a need. If we ever have any other electrical needs, we know who to reach out to again!
