Patrick from Keller IT Industries was a pleasure to work with. He doesn't rake you over the coals with price and he is easy to talk to. Many other computer repair shops want a lot and are socially weird while Patrick and associates are very nice and inviting. I had him help me with a miniature computer that I installed a flash system on. This task was very technical and difficult but Patrick was a fighter. He was humble but knew what he was doing and he was determined to get it to work. When certain programs were downloaded he made sure it was the most compatible program possible. You always take a risk with companies like this and I made the right choice. I will not go to any other computer shop: especially for anything software related. I was offered a drink, great conversation, and a patient computer technician who made you feel comfortable and was affordable. What else could you want?

Very friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Made the process streamlined of getting my laptop fixed, broke down the cost and even found a cheaper deal on the parts I needed for it. 10/10 would use services again!
