Tim was awesome - found him on Google and he came to help me out of an after-hours jam related to the cold weather, even connecting me to some of his non-plumbing colleagues for additional help I needed. I also referred him to a friend who had other cold weather related pipe issues and sounds like they were equally happy. Very personable and trustworthy, will use him again.
We had an excellent experience with Caswell Plumbing! We called on Sunday at 3pm and our leaky water heater was replaced and done by 6pm at a competitive price. Fast, friendly and outstanding service! This was our first time using Caswell and we will be sure to use them again! We are very happy customers!
I was looking for a responsive plumbing and heating technician to take over maintenance of a multi-family home. Tim has already made several visits to diagnose some issues, plan some repairs, and even address a backup that occurred after hours. I look forward to having him continue to service this property and would recommend him to any residential or multi-family property owners looking for a responsive, knowledgable, and helpful plumbing and heating technician.
I have a house in Saxonville and the water pipes to the second story were leaking into the basement. I called and left Tim a voicemail and he replied over text very quickly. He was able to come by the next day (today) and took care of it. He found and repaired the leak. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and his prices were reasonable. Thanks Tim! He also took a look at some other things and recommended that I take a look replacing the hot water heater, since it is 14 years old. He was not pushy however, and I appreciated him taking a look at everything and giving me his opinion.
My boiler failed on me and Tim & Julio saved the day. They're very knowledgeable & polite, and talked through everything in depth without overdoing it. Ultimately went with a replacement and they were able to complete the job same day- including some pipe replacements to bring them up to code per changes last year. They did a great job of cleaning up too. Great team & great service. Thanks Tim & Julio!
