Abandoned a job after receiving payment, won’t call us back or respond to messages….DO NOT USE. Would be 0 stars if I could. Over $12K gone. Lawyers are involved now…..you do to know(you have certified mail and letters from our attorney)
Amazing, replaced our pump and then had to come back for a clog issue. Also he came out on a Sunday, fixed the problem and gave us more advice on how to do things better Highly recommend!!!!
I do not recommend this company due to lack of communication and reliability. Never meets an appointment time nor advises customer of delay until they are contacted. Only reason for two stars is that the price for what complete work was reasonable, but didn't feel comfortable of knowledge as issue was worse afterwards. Come to find out this company is not Indiana licensed to work on wells, but was trying to and apparently did something wrong.
Called to fix our well pump. Ended up with the power in the garage tripping the breaker everytime it is turned on because the main line from the house to the garage was snapped by there excavator. They knew the lines were there. They also knew they had snapped them.These are photos of how our yard was left. When we let him know about the garage power he asked if we KNOW it was him or are we assuming! Really?
