Karen's Carpetmax

All I have to say is this place is a blessing ❤️ I went to the Linden Rd. location to inquire about a rug for my 2nd grade classroom. I spoke with Scott, who was amazing. I told him I needed a carpet space that would seat at least 30 students. He told me he would reach out to Kevin because he will sometimes donate to teachers. Kevin called me and had a carpet ready for me within a week. Thank you guys so much for your help and generosity. You guys don't know the load you have taken off me this year. You are greatly appreciated!

Purchased berber carpeting and pad for our home in November 2022 was installed January 11th 2023 , they came back on February 16th 2023 because most of the seams are fraying which they still are not to mention that every seam is visible and I don't believe that they should be, maybe with a different carpet we would have gotten a better job, but we were told the carpet was a top of the line and the memory foam pad was the best pad they make yet the appearance is lacking at best.

Was assured when I placed deposit and made installation appointment that the installation crew would be wearing mask. The appointment was a week later. I called 2 days before install date and again was assured by Scott that they would be wearing mask. When the guys got here they had no mask. They were given 2 brand new mask out the pack by my husband. They took them and said thanks. When in my home we asked why didn’t they have mask on one guy says he has asthma and can’t wear a mask. He stated “but I’m clean.” I called to speak to a manager-Kevin. I was told I could be refunded or rescheduled. If rescheduled it would be 1-2 weeks away. Kevin stated they couldn’t send anyone else. By this time they were already cutting up the carpet in the living room. That is the only room they will be doing because the rest of my house will be carpeted by someone that cares about their customers health. I have children here. Covid-19 is no joke and as a consumer my wishes should be respected. I will never buy from them again!

Karen's Carpet is an outstanding company! We have used Karen's for several projects in our home and the service we receive from Scott and his installers is always exceptional, from beginning to end. Our recent job required the removal of two old layers of floor tile and extensive floor leveling. Scott personally planned out the project for us and worked with his team to ensure it was executed smoothly. Our new floor looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Karen's for any of your flooring needs.
