JR answered my first call and was friendly and responsive to setting up a time to come fix our mailbox bolted to our granite post that had come loose. His team came the same day, even though it was windy and freezing cold, they were warm, and friendly and picked up the supplies they needed and secured the mailbox in place. JR's was great to work with. He came out within a day to provide an estimate for the job. He responded to my inquiry promptly and provided a very fair and reasonable price. The entire time JR provided text communications about when he planned to complete the job and came a day early because of rain on the initial day he planned to come. Good customer service combined with fair price made this a good experience as he completed the job quickly and did really nice work. Highly recommend hiring JR's to complete whatever home services/projects you need done. He has a wide range of skills and abilities and listens to homeowner needs carefully and thoughtfully.
