Jake worked on my 2010s Goodman furnace this past 2025-26 season including diagnostics and gas valve and control board replacement as the furnace was failing in the dead of a harsh winter. Recently, he also redesigned the geometry of ductwork in a tight space, including the installation of additional returns to solve a huge quality of life issue with excessively loud fresh air intake turbulence that has been a problem since my condo was built in 2015. Easily the best HVAC professional I have worked with in the now more than 10 years I have owned instead of rented in Boston. Knowledgeable, responsive, easy to work with, and with reasonable, up-front pricing that other larger companies in the area with huge overhead and hard upselling techniques would be hard-pressed to match.
