Worked with Dan to refinish and restore hardwoods on the main floor of my newly purchased home (after I had already moved in). He is a deep expert in his craft - he does all of the work himself to exacting standards. He doesn't sign up for choices that he can't stand behind. I took his suggestions and the results are gorgeous. His technique really does contain the dust. I did prep the main level but prepared nothing on the upper and lower levels. I moved right back in without any cleaning needed. He finished everything on-time and communicated with me every day - photos and conversations. I highly recommend him!

Dan is a true professional, through and through, who clearly takes a great deal of pride in what he does. He recently refinished two rooms on our first floor as well as a set of stairs while my husband and I were out of the country for a week. Never once did we worry about this particular home improvement project since Dan kept us posted - and sent pictures of his progress - every step of the way! We came home to beautiful floors that we still can’t believe are ours, thanks to all of Dan’s hard work! We’d recommend Colonial Flooring to anyone!
