Bought a washer a dryer from them “new”. When I installed them neither functioned. The washer had a bad wiring chassis and the dryer unknown. I haven’t been able to do laundry for two weeks and jones and whitmire told me they wouldn’t give me a refund to buy a functional unit at Lowe’s. They are swindlers and cheats, stay away!

This store is great but i’ve noticed for the last couple of weeks Trevor has been at that store and he owes me money and he won’t answer. My phone calls and Colin has repeatedly told me he hasn’t seen his brother so now I know he’s lying to me so I am calling ice and I will likely be contesting. Colin green card I know Trevor is not part of that business, but I should not be lied to. and the other store has been shut down, so I can’t get him there either

I would give a negative star if I could. This place is a nightmare after my husband doing business here for over 10 years. We purchased a new Samsung refrigerator over a month before moving into a new home. I checked a week prior to closing that all was set. I was last delivery with no water line as promised. We could not access ice or water for over a week after multiple calls. Then the light do not work and water pitcher not working after calling a plumber on my dime.
