I would give a negative star if I could. This place is a nightmare after my husband doing business here for over 10 years. We purchased a new Samsung refrigerator over a month before moving into a new home. I checked a week prior to closing that all was set. I was last delivery with no water line as promised. We could not access ice or water for over a week after multiple calls. Then the light do not work and water pitcher not working after calling a plumber on my dime. They said they were sending someone out…never did and it was the holidays with family coming! I had to scramble to find an appliance tech in Xmas eve and cost me over $500. He said he could not believe this was a new refrigerator! It is under a 1 year warranty with numerous calls and in person with no pay back. We paid for a wine cooler…came with a dent in back. Would not work. Later to find the wiring could have caused a fire!!! We did not get a wine cooler but a beverage fridge replacement instead. The customer service is horrendous and rude while the lady screamed at him. They promised our panels that were supposed to come with the frig and my husband had to install them himself after waiting over a month. We are still waiting for our service reimbursement. I cannot believe this place is in business. Run as fast as you can and never do business here. Looks like small claims court here we come!
