Chris works his magic all the time. Hope of Rock Hill has purchased a large cooler/freezer walk in, commercial refrigerator/freezer. Best prices and service around. Highly recommend Buck’s.

Very pleased with the service job. Called to schedule an appointment and instead of just scheduling a date and time and being done with it, Chris first asked me some questions about the machine, what issues i'm having and what i've done to attempt to fix the problem. He took the time to explain how the cleaner and sanitizer chemicals work on the ice machine. On day of appointment, he and his son showed up promptly, opened the cover on the machine and immediately found the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes. This guy clearly did his homework before showing up. Proceeds to explain the problem and solutions (this is a super old machine that... Very pleased with the service job. Afterwards, even the kitchen staff were raving about how knowledgeable and prepared he was. As a restaurant, we obviously deal with our fair share of refrigeration, hvac, plumbing, etc technicians who show up unprepared, unable to fix the problem, or just unsatisfactory with the quality of their work. Buck's refrigeration clearly stands out and if you have issues with your ice machine, give him a call.
