I had the pleasure of working with Lindsay of Baron’s in Belmont. She was phenomenal. I needed a freezer and I did not have time to go into the store. I had an idea of what freezer model I wanted but I needed reassurance the freezer was going to meet my needs. Lindsay was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and she provided the reassurance I needed before making my purchase. In addition, I needed the freezer delivered expeditiously so as not to have my food spoil. I ordered the freezer late morning on Thursday and it was delivered on Saturday morning by 8:30 am. The freezer met all my expectations. My overall experience could not have been better. Thank you both Lindsay and Baron’s for focusing on customer service!
Looked all over for a new fridge when mine died. Considered all the big box stores, and two local stores. So glad I chose to go with Baron’s - their service has been amazing. Delivery was so smoothly managed, they were on every detail on every step, keeping me informed. AND their warranty price beats everyone else’s- they are my new go to store for appliances
We bought three Kitchen Aid appliances from Austin (Belmont location) who was very knowledgeable and did not try to up sell us. Our three installers, Tim, Riley, and Joe arrived when scheduled and took precautions to protect our hardwood floors. My wife and I are very pleased with Baron’s and highly recommend them.
