100% SATISFIED..and then some!! Being new to the area we were looking to do some renovations in our home and searched the web based on reviews. At first glance I saw all 5 stars for Arthur and was a little skeptical, but boy did he prove me wrong. From the moment you have the pleasure of meeting Arthur, you will realize that you have found a contractor who is truly dedicated to your wants and needs. If by chance, you encounter any surprises along the way with your project, you can rest assured he will come up with a remedy in a very short time that will please you. Any neighbors who have seen his work at our home definitely have him in their thoughts for their upcoming projects. When you first discuss timing, he may be booked out for quite a while, but he stays right to his commitment date, completes work in a timely manner, is extremely thorough and professional...and yes ladies, he cleans up at the end of each and every day. He is the best!

Arthur did a beautiful retile job in our kitchen as well as providing some very helpful advice on tile placement to maximize its attributes. He coordinated the job from beginning to end and ensured that the highest level of care was taken to create the finished product. Arthur worked with us by offering structural advice and told us what was possible as well as what could not be done. Arthur was meticulous in his preparation as well as cleanup. What we had envisioned as a very messy project was not at all and was totally handled by Arthur. He made us feel we had made a good choice and always maintained our level of confidence. Arthur did a great job.

We started working with Arthur last year when we noticed our shower leaking into the garage. He quickly identified the issue and proposed a few options. He provided accurate estimates and never pressured us into doing something we weren’t on-board with. He was receptive to feedback on our ideas and was quick to respond to emails and text messages.
