our experience with them for chimney mortar joint repair was honestly better than expected. They filled in the gaps and reinforced weak spots so it looks strong again, didnt take longer than needed. BEST decision we made and the result is TOP quality.
I called them after noticing smoke backing up into the house and they came out pretty quick to do a full chimney sweep and inspection. They explained everything in simple terms and handled it great, made it super easy for me bcz I had no clue what was goin on. Honestly GREAT service and I cant complain at all.
They have rescheduled twice on me in mid December. No real explanation, just sorry we need to reschedule. The first reschedule was hours before someone was supposed to be here. I'm scheduling around the apt. I have 0 confidence they will actually show up. Canceled the apt. Book at your own risk
we were dealing with a cracked flue that had us worried, so we had thwsw nguys come in for chimney repair and they handled it great and fixed it SOLID, the whole process was pretty quick and the results were AMAZING, cant complain at all bcz it worked well.
They did a fantastic job installing my new gas log system. very professional and thorough, checked for leaks. everything works perfectly and feels safe.
