Jay was amazing! Called Friday night at about 9:00 pm because my toilet wouldn't stop running and I couldn't use the shut off valve because it wasn't working either. I told him I would be okay overnight and he offered to come Saturday morning to fix my toilet. Before he got here, I found out my other toilet downstairs was also not working properly and leaking from the shut off valve. Jay took it in stride and fixed both toilets for me at an extremely reasonable price. He didn't try to upsell me and even told me about being able to repair the upstairs toilet if the tank bolts started leaking so that I wouldn't have to buy a whole new toilet. I am very impressed with his work, his friendliness and his professionalism. I have created a whole list of projects that I will have him and his company take care of in the coming months. Thanks again Jay, you saved my weekend!!

Jay is the most knowledgeable and efficient plumber we have ever had. Our condo plumbing is from 1985 and is starting to show wear and tear. We got quotes from Bowers and Ben Franklin, but Jay was able to fix our shower and our outdoor spigot for much less plus he did not have to tear out a wall like the other two had planned to do. Saved us money and my sanity! I highly recommend and we could not be more satisfied customers. Thank you JLPlumbing! 10 out of 5 stars!

Love everyone who works at this plumbing business!! They are all very very kind, professional, very good at their jobs and extremely personable! It's so nice to finally find someone you know who will treat you honestly and fix what needs to be fixed! I would sincerely recommend their services to anyone and I don't do reviews, good or bad, very often at all but they deserve an excellent one. Sending thanks and love to everyone at JL plumbing 🫂!!

My blood is boiling as a Landlord! Very unprofessional. Miscommunication, text said they’ll be here at 8am. Then they’re two hours late. Then they didn’t inform us ahead of time that a certain room needs to be cleared. Then he says that to get someone else and slams the door . They stayed stopped one block away. They were to fully install an exhaust fan! He of course refused to refund our $49 deposit! I don’t want anyone else to go through what we went thru! I came across this job listing at Menard’s West! I spoke up to the Store Manager to remove his listing from the plumbing area. He said that he never received a complaint about this company. I answered or no one had the guts to speak up about it! He ended saying he’ll review this company.
