I had not purchased jewelry for myself for about 30 years. And I was a little nervous but was put at ease quickly by the friendly and helpful staff. The store was busy but they treated me like I was the only there. The staff did everything to make sure I was happy with the ring I purchased. They were able to change out the stone and resize the ring the same day. When the gentleman opened the box for me to see my ring, tears rolled down my cheeks at the beauty of the ring. I feel like a queen wearing it. J.F. Kruse will definitely be my jewelry store of choice from now on. They were absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much for all your kindness.

We first visited J.F. Kruse in early November as I wanted a custom ring, although I really didn’t have an idea *what* I wanted other than the fact that I really liked an Australian opal I had seen. Renee listened and took notes. A week or so later, she had some stones for me to look at. It didn’t take long to fall for a gorgeous greenish Ethiopian opal! A few days later, I had several design sketches to review. There was some back and forth via texting to hone the design to my liking. We picked up my ring on December 22 and it’s absolutely gorgeous! I just couldn’t be happier with the process, the people (Renee and Lisa!), the speed with which my ring was designed and created, and my ring!!!
