We've been married 30 years. She wanted a diamond. I wanted something custom. I couldn't find a place in the Tampa St. Petersburg area that could do what I wanted. I remembered meeting the owners of Loch several years ago and called them. They were happy to do everything I asked. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.
Valerie was such a pleasure to work with as we searched for a new wedding band to replace a lost one. After describing my original ring, she searched through various suppliers and found a near-match. It arrived the day before our 36th wedding anniversary and we couldn’t be happier with the selection. Thanks Valerie for the extra time and effort to make our experience the best!
What awesome people! They are super friendly, and are all part of a very large family of great, down to earth people. They are also excellently professional. They have skilled craftsmanship, and are careful to listen to what you want and need, without trying to oversell, upsell, or push something you don't need. Great family-based business. Can't recommend them highly enough. Six thumbs up! I especially recommend Isaac Loch. Ask for him!!!
