Juan is AMAZING! Not only is he professional and on time, his pricing is also very reasonable. I thought I would have to get carpet replaced but Juan said he's seen worse and could get the black stains out of beige carpet. It took time and a ton of soap but he got the stains out (and saved me hundreds of dollars in the process). Highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed.
