We received 5 quotes from a variety of vendors to do about 1400 sf of basement flooring and a couple other projects. Santi was the only one that listened to our request and broke things out into separate quotes with line items. They provided the quote in a timely manner. They performed the work as promised with excellent craftsmanship. They were also very friendly and had excellent communications. The owner was able to answer technical questions that the other "5 star" companies didn't know (as to why prior work had been done in the manner that it had). Basically, very competent office, very knowledgeable owner, and very skilled workers. We will definitely be doing the rest of our flooring projects with Santi. Also - the owner is very kind.

I had an amazing experience. They removed the builder-grade vinyl planks in my home and replaced them with beautiful hardwood floors that completely transformed the space. The highlight was the custom herringbone design they installed in my home office, it’s stunning and adds so much character. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and craftsmanship were top-notch from start to finish. The crew was punctual, respectful, and kept the work area clean throughout the project. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their floors.

Everyone at Santi is extremely professional and kind ~ Adrianna in the office, Mario who came to the house to take measurements and make sure that everything was done correctly, Julio, the owner and the entire installation team! They followed through on every part of the process from the consultation and getting samples to ordering, delivery and installation with timely and reliable service. They did a beautiful job on our floors and handrails and we couldn't be happier with the finished product! We cannot recommend Santi highly enough!

We have used Santi for several floor projects at our home. And I cannot recommend them enough. They do a fantastic job on tile, and hardwoods. The first project we had them for was removing old linoleum flooring and replacing with tile, and I was so impressed I hired them again to refinish our kitchen floor. They work fast , but with care, and are beyond helpful. They are super communicative. Mario is the best- he’s very involved and invested in making sure that the job is done well. I will 100% call them again for any other flooring projects. 10/10 would recommend.
