Jeff personally came to our home to discuss the emergency need of replacing our HVAC system. No sales pitch, just straightforward information and recommendation. With hours I had a quote and a tenative next day install. The price was excellent when compared to other companies. Installation and the crew were efficient and knowledgeable. The best part...LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED. I highly recommend JB.
Highly recommend. Their technician John got my issue diagnosed right away. I needed a new tankless boiler and they got me scheduled and installed in less than a week. The entire staff is friendly and no phone robots to deal with when you call.
We recently had the JB Plumbing/HVAC & Construction Division do work in our house and we are so glad we did! They always were highly recommended on Facebook and now we know why. Great experience from beginning to end! We had new bedroom windows installed - and from scheduling the work with Megan, to Aaron talking us through the process, to the team showing up for the install - everyone was friendly, timely, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product.
