This was our first experience with B&L. We called them due to an issue we had for months nobody could figure out. They were able to identify the issue and fix it within two days time. It was incredible. We cannot thank them enough for fixing our Trane AC/Heat pump system. Which not a lot of people are experienced with. Saved us a lot of money and time. Super friendly, super hard working and the most respectful company I’ve worked with in a while. If you have issues with your HVAC, or even just need it maintained, don’t hesitate to call them. B & L Ott have far exceeded my expectations! I am from a generation that purchases things that are quality and are made to last. Looking to replace a furnace that was 42+ years old was not going to be a quick decision. There are a number of factors to consider. Price and quality reputation were at the top of the checklist. Had a great experience with B & L Ott HVAC maintenance service today. Steven arrived right on time, was polite and professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was checking and answered all of my questions. Everything was done efficiently and thoroughly. It’s clear that Steven takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!

Very happy with B&L Ott. I've used them for repairs to my original system, install of a new one, and routine maintenance. They're always responsive and prompt. Techs are always professional and personable; never that awkward "I've got a stranger in my house doing work" vibe, and I appreciate that very much. And you gotta love the pleasant courtesy call to give a heads up that your tech is on their way and should arrive shortly. Great service across the board.
