Called on a Saturday late morning after realizing our hvac (purchased from and installed by Bemans approximatly 10 years ago) wasn't heating properly. Someone came, and issue was resolved later that afternoon. He was friendly, professional, explained the issue and the resolution. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Bemans for continuous excellent service.
Could not have had a worse experience. Waited over a week just for a technician to come out for our broken appliance and they did not bring any equipment to even test the broken appliance and basically said "yeap it's broken". They then left and called later saying they wouldn't fix it. They had all the details of the appliance and the situation before they came out so we are beyond frustrated.
We lost our HVAC during a storm over Memorial weekend. After loaning us a portable A/C unit, Steve did the repairs and salvaged our whole system last night after 7:00pm! We are back in business! Wonderful service from a company we have done business with over several years and we will continue to rely on their services. Thank you, Beman’s!
I realize that my experience happened several years ago, but I wouldn't hire Beman's to change a light bulb. I got in touch with them on March of one year, and wanted my oven fixed. I kept reaching out every week until the middle of May. I got ahold of them and was rather upset and told them I needed the oven fixed by May 21st, for my son's birthday. On the evening 2 days before his birthday the repairman showed up with his wife, who proceeded to be rude and nasty to me. Worse than that, my husband did not stand up for me, did not explain our urgency and apologized for my behavior. Beman's is a lousy business, and I have seen nothing that would change my mind. The repairmen are spineless sissies. His wife griped at me all night, and when they left, I was told to not ever call them again. They have no worries there.
