Dom came out today to do a flush on my water heater. He did an excellent job! He is very knowledgeable and explains things as he goes, which I, as a homeowner, appreciate. He took a look at all of my plumbing and made sure my water softener was working appropriately. Super nice guy! Would definitely recommend his services. Thanks, Dom!
I love Tru Pros! They take very good care of my furnace and A/C! Mervyn came yesterday to do seasonal maintenance and make sure everything was in good working order. He was very thorough and informative about everything he did. During the evening, I noticed that the house was cool, and I couldn’t figure out what was going on. So I called Tru Pros back and Mervyn came right back out. The pilot light was off and he was honest that he had forgotten to turn it back on when he had finished his service. He took care of it at no charge. I will always do business with them!
Kobe was amazing and great he did show me positive results and he did suggest products. I explained to him what we have and he was like if that works for you keep it up. I'm not a sales rep you do what works for you. He was great at explaining some results and I hope he comes back next time for Spring tune up. I miss Shawn but still Love True Pros and there team!!!
