Visited the store for the first time with my wife as we were looking for a diamond ring. The owner is from Iran- so pure , so honest and simple Human being. He guided us a lot giving some suggestions and ideas. We will definitely come back to finalize the ring post delivery as discussed. Definitely recommend this store.

I went to Ricky on a recommendation and he was fantastic. The level of service I received is not paralleled at any other jeweler I've been to. There is a beautiful selection. He worked with me to customize and make the wedding rings for my wife. I've purchased other items there and have brought items in for repair since. Super duper recommend.

Another location up the street told me they’d have to hold onto my chain for repair- done by the end of the weekend, it’s Wednesday. $50 I decided to visit J & R and was out of there in less than 10 minutes! $35 for quick chair repair and polish! Super professional and fast, I recommend to anyone! (:

I picked this location for a watch battery replacement based on the reviews and it did not disappoint. I was greeted very warmly and the gentleman did the replacement very quickly. The price was extremely reasonable and he gave me a one year warranty for the battery - he even wrote it on my receipt. I browsed while he worked and they have a lot of beautiful jewelry. I highly recommend coming here.
