Speaking to their professionalism and patience, on the day of repair I was unexpectedly unavailable AND unable to return their phone calls in a timely manner. When I arrived home from work late that evening, my window repair was complete. Additionally, the guys cleaned up the broken glass after my misfortune which I am so grateful for.
