I’m giving 2 stars only because the lady at the front was kind. This place was unprofessional. After being told they had my windshield in stock and taking my car up to be fixed, they called not long after to tell me the windshield they ordered was incorrectly sent. I thought it was in stock when I first called? Why did they have to order it in the first place? I wish they would have been more prepared after having this appointment for a week and then myself and my husband having to completely change plans to bring it in the next day. Also, they tried to tell me I had to pay over $250 more than originally told! Thankfully, after I called them out on it, they fixed their mistake. Will not be using this business again. Coming back to this review to edit months later - they did NOT calibrate my windshield correctly either. My auto windshield wipers used to work wonderfully, adjusting to the appropriate amount of rain. Now they don’t work the same after this company got their hands on them. The wipers either go too fast or too slow for the amount of rain and it IRKS me. This company is a hard thumbs down.

We had a broken French door panel and wanted a quote. Set up a time and day and no one showed up. I took off the time for work and waited 3 hours with no call. When I called they said, “well, I guess they couldn’t get to you today.” Tried to setup another appointment, but they didn’t call back for another week. **Glassworks of West Monroe was out the same day of request.
