The technician came out to look at my fridge and said they could not diagnose the problem since it was not currently doing it. They could have warned me since I let them know as much when I scheduled the appointment. The tech said he could change the control panel for $500 but he wasn't sure that was it. They charged us $120 for the show up fee since they were there for a couple minutes. No pride in their work or helping others. This is the kind of business that gives other blue collar techs a bad name.
