The technician came out to look at my fridge and said they could not diagnose the problem since it was not currently doing it. They could have warned me since I let them know as much when I scheduled the appointment. The tech said he could change the control panel for $500 but he wasn't sure that was it. They charged us $120 for the show up fee since they were there for a couple minutes. No pride in their work or helping others. This is the kind of business that gives other blue collar techs a bad name.

My stove was covered under my Lowe's Warranty and I was assigned to J&M Appliance. They were very courteous when making my appointment. They sent Danny the technician out the day of my appointment and he was able to diagnose the problem. He explained what went wrong and let me know what parts needed to be ordered. I also appreciated that they send a link that alerts you to a better time frame of when your appointment is for the day. You are not given the standard 9-5. Thank you.
