First time septic system owner and first time having our system serviced. Justin came right on time and did a great job. He took care to explain the operation of the system to me and show me how it works and things to be mindful of (no grease, wipes, etc) to be put into the system. He did the job very quickly and neatly and took the time to ensure that the site was clean before he left. He provided recommendations for regular / periodic system maintenance to avoid more costly repairs and I will follow his advice. It's great to find someone who is honest, does what they say they'll do and provides the service at a fair price. Definitely a 5 star experience!
