Jeff and his team are just the best. We had an urgent issue with our Navien boiler, and they were able to get a repair done quickly and effectively. They are very thorough and knowledgeable about walking you through the options and considerations so you can make an informed decision. Crucially, they also pay attention to the tangential details, making sure the homeowner knows what else to look out for beyond just the repair itself, and what to do to make sure everything is OK. May 29, 2025 Replaced (7) month, 10” water filter on heating system in addition to, tuneup on AC unit successfully completed. These guys are great to work with. Work done as expected.
Aug 19, 2024 New Combo unit install - They successfully installed my new system on time. It will take a few days to verify. However, the water and heat are working. They removed the old system, installed the new boiler combo, tested the service, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend J. Griffin Heating & Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Plus, Kyle tested our water for us. He was very informative and respectful about our concerns.
