When something in your house breaks and you just want it to be back to normal again, you hope you find somebody good on Google search results. I am so glad that I found Jordan. I originally contacted him about our dryer having issues about a year ago. After a great repair experience on that, I recently got in touch with him again because our refrigerator was acting up. Jordan is great to communicate with, arrives quickly and on time, and has the knowledge and expertise to fix the problem. He’s our go to person for anything fix it. Thank you, Jordan!

Jordan was such a help and guide! He came to look at an older washing machine, and confirmed what I suspected was the case; it would cost more to repair than to replace. He didn't just leave though, he asked about my dryer to make sure it didn't need a repair, too. Then he was super helpful in answering a bunch of questions about where to buy a machine I can trust, what brands are the most reliable and durable, front vs top loader, agitator vs no agitator...the list goes on. He answered every question easily and never held back the 'why.' To my surprise, on my house call bill, he also gave a very detailed summary of his visit including a breakdown of my current washing machine, how much the repair would cost and what he suggested and the conversation for what to buy. At the end of the day he also responded to a text in regards to the machine I was buying and confirmed it was a good find. It's nice to have someone I feel comfortable having in my home, and I feel like he's the kind of repair guy you don't ever want to lose! Clean, kind, courteous, and a great communicator (he texted ahead of time because his previous stop took longer than expected). He's a keeper!
