Had truck in there 3 times. Still not fixed right. Couldn’t fix an oil leak or air conditioning and transmission still isn’t right after they installed 2 new ones. Would not recommend this repair shop at all. Waste of time and money eh.

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable people. I was traveling, and developed a thump in the rear of my SUV, like the tires were contacting something. They diagnosed the problem as the rear differential, did a temporary fix, and I was good to go.

J&A helped me with mechanical trouble when I was just passing through town. I did not have an appointment but they got me in and out in a couple hours and explained everything clearly and treated me great!

Thank goodness for J&A Auto Repair! We were 700+ miles away from home on a road trip when our car started overheating like crazy. They were able to take our car and fix it over night so we could get back on the road. The customer service was amazing. They were kind, and so caring about our situation. The office staff made sure that my husband, kids, and I got somewhere safe while we waited for it to get finished. We can’t thank them enough.

Super nice shop and people, got me in and finished quickly without a hitch! (Making a funny here since my issue was towing related) Friendly, kind, reasonable price to have peace of mind the rest of my long distance commute. Best shop greeter/helper ever - friendly little pup - was the icing on the cake. Will return if ever I have another issue locally on my frequent trips through 💜
