Horrible customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer for four years and have brought several different devices here for repairs. The most recent device had water damage and a completely black screen. I brought it in around late July or early August, and they installed a new screen. They even admitted at the time that the screen wasn’t aligned properly — it was so off that it caused bubbles under the screen protector, which they had to replace twice. Fast‑forward just 4–5 months, and the screen is failing again. When I went back to have it repaired, they refused to offer a discount or stand behind their original work. After years of loyalty, that was extremely disappointing. I won’t be returning. They’ve officially lost a loyal customer.

Additional edit: I took my phone to an Apple-certified repair store and was informed that the previous repair done by iTouch Repair was improper. Their back panel repair caused damage to the motherboard. I will be returning to iTouch Repair to request a full refund. I initially went in for a simple front screen repair and trusted them to handle the back panel as well. Unfortunately, that trust left me with a nonfunctional phone, $240 wasted. Edit: Before coming here, I had my iPhone screen repaired out of state, and that replacement lasted over two years with no issues. I chose this store because it was close by and had decent reviews. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t match the expectations. Less than a month after getting my iPhone 14 Pro Max screen replaced (I even paid extra for the OLED "quality" screen), I had to return. The first issue came after a minor 1.5 ft drop, while using an Otterbox Defender case, and the screen cracked internally. I was told the damage wasn’t covered under warranty because of the crack, and was quoted over $150 for another OLED replacement. I refused, as I felt that kind of damage shouldn’t have occurred from such a small drop. They asked me to return to speak with the owner about the price. When I came back, I explained that I didn’t think it was fair to pay again for a screen I believed was low quality. The owner immediately shifted the blame, saying anything that happens after I leave is out of their control. Eventually, we settled on a $40 charge for a new OLED. I accepted, hoping this screen would last. After getting a new screen and case, I took extra care with my phone. Still, just 1.5 weeks later, I accidentally applied slightly more pressure than usual on the screen, and half of it stopped working. Because of my schedule, I wasn’t able to return until a week later. When I did, I waited over 20 minutes while Temka got in touch with the owner, who looked at some photos and decided it wasn’t covered under warranty without even opening the phone. All in all, I’ve been to the store multiple times for what should’ve been a simple, quality repair. I paid a decent amount and ended up with a screen that barely lasted a month. Save yourself the hassle and go to an Apple Certified repair center. You’ll get better quality parts and service that actually stands behind their work. Temka was respectful and helpful, he’s just the messenger. I wish him the best. Old review right after first repair: I’m very satisfied with the service I received at iTouch Repair, thanks to Temka. He was incredibly helpful, completed the repairs efficiently, and answered all my questions with confidence. I highly recommend him and will definitely return for any future tech repairs

Really great shop. Got my iPhone 15 screen replaced due to a crack, and it only took about half an hour. Great sandwich shop just a couple doors down to wait at. The guy running the shop was really nice, explained how a new screen affects my system, discussed cases with me, and took pride in the quality of his work. He also said a one month warranty came with the purchase. Screen replacement and case cost $150. Great deal, convenience, and experience. Top marks!

Absolutely amazing place! iPhone 13 stopped working randomly and told me “battery not recognized”. Took it into Apple first and they genuinely didn’t even try to help me, just tried to sell me the newest iPhone. Told me my phone was fried and they couldn’t do anything. Walked about half a mile to iTouch and after paying $20 for diagnostics and the store having my phone for 1-2 days, my boyfriend got a text saying my device has been fixed and is ready for pickup!!!! Cheaper than I originally thought it was going to be and just an overall great place to do business! Highly recommend!
