Casey is unbelievable. very honest and diagnosed my problem without charging me. i didnt have a transmission problem but a radiator problem and recommend what to do. best mechanic and more importantly honest. I can't say much about his prices because I didn't get charged so I can't speak on the prices but I would recommend highly to all who are looking for a reliable mechanic shop. 10 stars in my book.

If you need work done or have transmission issues, look no further and go to Island Transmissions. This place is really a HIDDEN GEM!!! They earned their 5 star review for a reason, whether it be Google or Yelp!. He is honest and upfront with his pricing compared to other places. He even stopped what he was working on to diagnose my problem and give me his recommendation on what to do and didn't even charge me for his diagnosis. It's really good when a place tells you exactly what your transmission is, what are the usual issues they have seen, at how many miles they usually occur, and how many they have rebuilt and worked on. Stop looking around and just give them a call or go to Island Transmissions!!!!

Super thankful for Casey and Island Transmissions! If I could give more stars I would, but these guys really helped me out with my car especially being on a time crunch to ship myself and car off island. Recently did my own clutch replacement, did everything right from my knowledge but the car still wouldn’t go into gear.. called Casey here, told him what’s up, he gave me a few pointers to try out before I eventually towed it in to him. Very communicative! Honest! Fast! And the price was great and fair! All for amazing work too. I trusted the reviews on him and his business and I’ll tell ya, this guy has earned every 5 star review. Meeting him in person only cemented that trust, whatever he needed to do to get my car goin I told him go have it I trust ya and it was 100% worth it. Again, don’t take your car for transmission work anywhere else. Island transmissions is thee place to be. Thanks again!

Casey is the man. In the car world over here on the island he is respected by all the transmission shops and is held as a transmission wizard. And I brought many cars to him over the years, and it’s always the same result: finished fast, good deals every time, and quality work where that problem is fixed for good. I I highly rate this man and his shop and recommend anyone to go there. It would not be a bad move. He will not be disappointed.
