They provided regular updates. I never had to chase them for information, which is rare and valued trait in this industry. After a lifetime of driving I experienced my first ever accident. While the situation was stressful Irwin Collision was amazing to work with. They communicated with me daily giving me updates on the repairs and even finished the repairs earlier than anticipated. Very kind, very quick, very meticulous service. I absolutely recommend them!
The autobody shop is super inflexible. I finally had a ride and 2 other people to help me remove the Thule of my totaled vehicle and they would not allow me to remove my personal belongings after hours. I have been through enough, I certainly didnt need the snappy attitude of Desiree on top of everything. She didnt even check to see if they could make an exception, or check to see if somebody could help me during refular business hours. My car is literally totaled and in their possession and they wont let me clean it out unless its 8-5 Mon-Fri and are already threatening me with storage fees. Stevi, Kiera and Desiree were great to work with. They kept me up to date on the repairs status, the repairs where on-time and the vehicle looked brand new when it came back. I'll definitely use them again for any bodywork that's need.
