Stevi, Kiera and Desiree were great to work with. They kept me up to date on the repairs status, the repairs where on-time and the vehicle looked brand new when it came back. I'll definitely use them again for any bodywork that's need.
The autobody shop is super inflexible. I finally had a ride and 2 other people to help me remove the Thule of my totaled vehicle and they would not allow me to remove my personal belongings after hours. I have been through enough, I certainly didnt need the snappy attitude of Desiree on top of everything. She didnt even check to see if they could make an exception, or check to see if somebody could help me during refular business hours. My car is literally totaled and in their possession and they wont let me clean it out unless its 8-5 Mon-Fri and are already threatening me with storage fees. My car is basically a hostage unless I want to rent a vehicle and take a day off of work after already dealing with a financially exhausting and traumatic situation of a totaled vehicle. I certainly would never recommend them at any cost.
After a lifetime of driving I experienced my first ever accident. While the situation was stressful Irwin Collision was amazing to work with. They communicated with me daily giving me updates on the repairs and even finished the repairs earlier than anticipated. Very kind, very quick, very meticulous service. I absolutely recommend them!

From the moment I dropped off my vehicle the serves was outstanding they handed the entire insurance claim and estimate process, making sure i understand every step during the repair which took a week amazing thank you. They provided regular updates. I never had to chase them for information, which is rare and valued trait in this industry. The finished product is absolutely flawless my car was returned to me looking brand new, you would never know it was involved in an accident the body panel's are perfectly aligned and the paint match is impeccable it blends seamlessly with the original finish.
