Put a not authorized face on my daughters iPhone 13 and now the settings says it’s a non authorized screen. It won’t go to full brightness. Very unhappy. Even gave me money off to give him a 5 star review. Won’t be back.

Terrible work paid for my iPhone 13 Pro back to get repaired. They replaced with a non genuine back, and said it was a genuine part. I went on a trip immediately after when I tried to take a picture on my phone. It said my camera was replaced with a non genuine part. So I guess the two hours they took my phone to work on it. They took my genuine apple camera and replaced with a non genuine camera without permission. They refused to fix it when I returned from the trip or issue a refund.
