They were great with replacing our Surface Pro screen. He went out of their way to locate the part and have it in-hand in a week. They did flawless work; disassembling and reassembling in an hour without any damage to the case. I chose them because they were the only ones who'd give me a price before looking at it so I knew what to expect. Everywhere else in the mall wanted to take it apart then give me a price.
