So I dropped my phone in this water and ask them does any way you can repair And they say yes, it was $200 to fix it But The worker said I would lower it down $175 and I appreciate that now my phone got fixed and you did a great job My phone is better and looks newer and I tested out over a month and it’s really really good

They actually try. What would help using AI prior to coming so that you know your problem. It will help them keep track of things. They are hardworking and get a lot of phones in and out. But they will try to make it work for you.

Went here to repair my fathers Samsung a13 charger port and was surprised to hear that they were going to fix it for $50 plus a free 6 mont warranty. Other places I went to charged me up to $80! Was able to leave the phone there over night and picked it up 2 days later. They even gave me the broken part too.

I just got my iPhone 14 screen replaced here yesterday, and the very next morning the screen failed — black/white lines and completely unusable after a minor drop. When I went back, the person at the front immediately tried to blame me and even claimed he “saw the phone when I left and came back later,” which is impossible because I never left the shop at all. So yes, he lied straight to my face. A properly installed screen does not fail overnight from a small impact unless the part was defective or the installation was done incorrectly.
