⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent experience with plumber Umed Erbekov from IRBIS Air Plumbing Electrical We had a leak from our upstairs toilet that damaged our first-floor ceiling. After getting a very expensive quote from Mike Counsil (even just their consultation was pricey), I decided to get more opinions. I found IRBIS Air Plumbing Electrical through the City of Sunnyvale’s list of approved contractors — and I’m so glad I did. IRBIS did an excellent job installing my new HVAC unit. They recommended I switch from Gas to Electric and it has been a huge upgrade for our family. During the installation, Pablo, Fernando, and Jared were professional, efficient, and completed everything on time. They left no mess—my attic actually looks cleaner and brighter than ever! The office staff has also been great with scheduling inspections, and I appreciate their help in getting the rebate process started. Highly recommend!

I was considering IRBIS and a competitor for a heat pump HVAC system. Before the sale, when I called both to ask for clarification on a quote, IRBIS called me back immediately and I never heard from the competition, despite three calls to their office to ask when the rep was going to call. I chose IRBIS and they gave me a date a month out and told me how to apply for financing. They called me back a couple of weeks later and told me that there had been a cancellation and did I want to take an install date on the upcoming Monday. Here is the good, bad and ugly about our install. We had hear good things about Irbis from friends and neighbors and they are decent for basic installs. our installation was more complicated as we had a multi-zone system and they had to expand our floor vents. The good, they did a decent job on the mechanical and brazing the line set between the air handler and the outdoor unit. Unfortunately they had issues with nearly every other phase of the install.
