So my tech got here don’t get me wrong but he did a good job of adjusting some wiring of my heat and fan it a lot better now. For the tech I give him 3 ⭐️when he got to my house I open my door to him didn’t say a word not even a hello . He walk in assume he knew where was my furnace until I direct him where it is. As for customer service they were great. I gave him a five. ⭐️
They provide excellent repair and maintenance even for very old HVAC systems, including those over 20 years old. Elijah, who manages my building, is very friendly and highly skilled.
Update: hired the team (led by Kirill) to do a water heater install. Clean and timely work, everything completed to spec! Fuse had someone sent out in less than 12 hours to help with our HVAC. Kosta was extremely professional, thorough, and kind. He spent time explaining everything and shared different options. Prices felt reasonable as well. Would highly recommend!
Our 15-year-old York AC finally broke down, and the house quickly became unbearably hot—our kids were sweating every day. We started shopping around for quotes, and a friend recommended Fuse. That made it much easier for us to plan our budget. Before the installation day, they sent reminders and helpful instructions on how to prepare. On the day itself, the team showed up right on time, laid down protective cloths in the hallway, and made sure to keep the rest of the house clean. They took their time with the installation, paying close attention to detail and making sure everything was done right. At the end, they walked us through everything—what they did, how the new AC works, and answered all our questions patiently. The technicians were professional, respectful, and never rushed us. They didn’t push for immediate payment either, which I appreciated. Overall, I’m very satisfied with Fuse and will definitely call them again for any future HVAC needs. Highly recommended!
Great experience with the team from Fuse Service! I had my old tired furnace replaced with a four zone ductless mini split. The initial estimate was completed two weeks ago, and the project coordinator showed up Monday. By Wednesday the install started, and I was getting nice cool air by mid-day Friday. Vlad and the team did a great job explaining what they were doing, cleaning up each day as they finished. The end result looks like it came with the house, and works great. I would recommend them if you are looking to upgrade your HVAC to a heat pump.
