A valve on the supply line to my water heater failed in the closed position, so I had no hot water in mid-December here in Flagstaff where the temps. get pretty low. Replacing the valve was not so easy because of residual water in the lines and the mess of pipes in the vicinity of the valve. So I called Intermountain and was able to speak with a person right away, no easy thing these days. The pleasant lady (Vanessa) was able to arrange a visit from one of her plumbers reasonably soon, given the time of the year, when lots of repair work is called for in this area. On the appointed day, Shawn, the plumber, showed up ready for work. I got along well with him and served as his assistant; the repair was done in reasonable time and the bill was also reasonable. I have finally found a reliable plumbing repair company!

We had an outside gas leak from our 63 yr old house to our meter that was red tagged by the gas company. We got a recommendation to contact Intermountain Plumbing & Mechanical. Left a message and Vanessa returned my call. She was very professional and helpful and arranged for a service call for 3 days later. She actually called 2 days later and said they could make it that day. Daniel and Nate assessed the issue and found multiple leaks in a 5 foot section. Bottom line is we agreed to replace the complete 80+ feet of gas line and work began immediately. They described how the process would play out and willingly answered all our questions. Vanessa was involved in the whole process obtaining the necessary permit for city inspection and let us know what we needed to do to get inspection done and get service restored. The whole process was complete within 3.5 days (Due to the weekend it was 6 days from point of initial contact). We were pleased with the techs in their work and their manner, and with Vanessa in her professional and friendly manner as well. We had an overall positive experience with Intermountain and would recommend them.
