Intermountain recently installed a furnace in my in law suite and did a great job! They are my go to for any heating system or plumbing needs! The office staff is responsive and professional and the service techs are always prompt, helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Intermountain.

A valve on the supply line to my water heater failed in the closed position, so I had no hot water in mid-December here in Flagstaff where the temps. get pretty low. Replacing the valve was not so easy because of residual water in the lines and the mess of pipes in the vicinity of the valve. So I called Intermountain and was able to speak with a person right away, no easy thing these days. The pleasant lady (Vanessa) was able to arrange a visit from one of her plumbers reasonably soon, given the time of the year, when lots of repair work is called for in this area. Back in June the tenant in my rental house informed me that the water heater stopped working and it had a leak. My home warranty company was useless, telling me to find a plumbing contractor myself and have them contact the home warranty for authorization once they’d diagnosed the problem. Guess what, NONE of the 4 plumbers that I reached out to in Flagstaff work with home warranty companies due to the hassles associated with them. I was fortunate to get my home warranty to agree to reimburse me after I had the licensed contractor do the repairs. I thank my lucky stars to have finally contacted Vanessa at Intermountain!! We scheduled an HVAC appointment three weeks in advance, only for them to no-show and later tell us they didn’t have the part we needed. Very poor communication and a waste of our time.

We had an outside gas leak from our 63 yr old house to our meter that was red tagged by the gas company. We got a recommendation to contact Intermountain Plumbing & Mechanical. Left a message and Vanessa returned my call. She was very professional and helpful and arranged for a service call for 3 days later. She actually called 2 days later and said they could make it that day. Daniel and Nate assessed the issue and found multiple leaks in a 5 foot section.
