I have known Kevin personally for many years but have never worked with him. Let’s just say that I am thrilled with his exceptional talent and skill. He took a worn out, old cube ottoman and made it into something beautiful, functional and very comfortable. He listened to my thoughts and goals and even though this was a very small project, he treated it—and me— with care, patience, and a high level of attention to detail. Highly recommend him and his work!!

I have an antique rocker that my mom rocked me in and I rocked both my kids. While it has some value as an antique it also has a tremendous amount of sentimental value, but considering how rough small children can be on caning, I didn’t particularly want to restore the chair with caning yet. However, I also wanted to be able to use the chair! I went to a couple places to see what they could do to preserve the integrity of the chair for future restoration but also make it useable now. They were hesitant to try considering the flexibility of the wood of the chair. They referred me to Kevin and I cannot be more thankful. With just a look, he knew exactly what I was saying and suggested a drop in seat that could be removed in the future if I choose. He pulled out literally hundreds of samples of fabrics to choose from and helped me find the perfect one - including another fabric I loved but that didn’t work for the chair - but made beautiful throw pillows! Kevin was quick and communicative and did beautiful work. I will not hesitate to use him in the future.
