BROADWAY APPLIANCE

I went to every big box store in town only to be disappointed in their high prices and lack of sales staff. I tried Broadway Appliance and was immediately helped and allowed to look at my own leisure and explain my needs. They allowed me to take pictures to compare with the other store’s products. I went back, purchased exactly what I wanted. They scheduled my delivery, installation and picked up my old unit as soon as they had an opening. They arrived at our scheduled time and they called first. The installers did an excellent job of installing and cleaning. I will be purchasing other products from them in the future. Thank you

Broadway is all I will ever use for my appliances. Dylan has been such a help fixing my appliances. He makes sure that you're well-informed about repair options and the next steps. I've also used Broadway Appliance for new appliances, and the process and delivery couldn't have been any smoother. After working for a big-box retailer and seeing how their appliance sales and delivery were handled (often with a 3+ month wait time, greater than 1 month delivery time, and items arriving damaged), Broadway goes above and beyond. I've been going here for 6 years and never had a rude encounter, but I also try to be respectful myself.

Horrible experience with them. Been scheduled with them for warranty work with Costco/whirlpool. Had to cancel first appointment for fridge repairs because of wrong warranty info provided by whirlpool. Contact whirlpool to send over new info which they did and tried to reschedule. Called broadway and was rudely told that they didn’t get the work order from whirlpool and that they don’t wait on the computer all day waiting on service tickets. Had the appointment rescheduled eventually but no confirmation until the day of (scheduled for 10-2) and call me at 10:44. I was at work but had my wife at home waiting for the tech. I bought a gently used washer and dryer from them. I showed up right when they said they would open and they were open. They helped me right away and were nice to work with. The washer and dryer work great.
