Buyer beware!!! If you purchase tires here make sure you check your lug nuts before you leave Initial installation of tires went smoothly. A few weeks after the vehicle started to make a loud noise. Upon inspection 4 of the 5 lug nuts were loose enough to be removed by hand without tools and the 5th was loose as well. When we contacted the shop they informed me "You should have checked your lug nuts yourself " Tires were bought by my fiance on 12/1/25 and today on 12/12/25 the tire almost fell off the vehicle.

I had an excellent experience at In and Out Tire thanks to Christopher! He was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the work on my car was done quickly and correctly. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.
