My phone wouldn't charge and I received a referral here. They assured me my phone could be fixed. I was unsure at first but took a chance and glad I did. Im so happy to have my phone working and all my pictures and contacts in my phone. They saved my life. I was so stressed but they calmed me down. Thank you imprint repair
I brought my phone in for what should have been a straightforward screen replacement. On the first day, the phone initially appeared to work. However, once the battery died and I powered the device back on, the phone entered a reset process, and everything went downhill from there.
Despite paying $225 for a premium screen, I was locked out of my own phone. I was extremely frustrated, especially since Apple had already confirmed that the screen was the only issue prior to repair.
The following day, I returned because my phone was stuck in recovery mode after the repair and repeatedly prompted me to connect to iTunes. The technician was helpful and stayed approximately 15 minutes past closing to ensure I left with a usable phone, which I appreciated. However, after restoring the device, he advised that I needed to pay an additional $36 due to something he noticed during the repair. Surprisingly the phone was working the previous day with this part.
At that point, I had paid $270 total, yet my phone was now in worse condition than when I brought it in. I currently have:
• Face ID that no longer works
• A non-functioning microphone (siri)
• Intermittent screen blackouts
• Inconsistent screen color and display issues
Most concerning, Apple has now confirmed they will not repair my phone at all due to aftermarket parts and third-party repairs having been performed. As a result, my only option going forward is to trade in the device, significantly reducing its value and forcing me to spend even more money to simply have a normal, functioning phone again.
This outcome is deeply disappointing. I brought in a phone with one confirmed issue and left with multiple new problems, permanently limiting my repair options and reducing the value of my device. In hindsight, waiting a few days for my Apple ID to reset would have been far preferable to paying out of pocket for a repair that ultimately caused irreversible consequences.
I am extremely disappointed and feel both helpless and misled. I paid a premium price expecting a professional, high-quality repair. Instead, I am left with a subpar device and no path to proper manufacturer repair. Given the circumstances, I firmly believe a full refund, is justified to account for the damage caused and the loss of repair eligibility with Apple.
I had a fantastic experience with Quincy Hall, the manager at Imprint Repairs. I walked in with a broken charging port on my iPhone 14, and Quincy couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. He immediately gave me a fair quote and told me he could have it fixed by the end of the day.
Quincy called and texted me just a couple of hours later to let me know the repair was already completed—and my phone was fully charged and ready to go. His efficiency, clear communication, and attention to detail were truly impressive.
Quincy is incredibly knowledgeable and has the perfect demeanor for working with customers. He was kind, professional, and made the whole process easy. I highly recommend Quincy and Imprint Repairs to anyone needing fast, reliable service!
Could not have asked for a better experience. Conveniently located right in downtown, and the staff is amazing on multiple fronts. I came in the first time about a month ago , ended up having some problems a little after it was fixed and had to come back. The customer service I was given was immaculate. In 2025, it’s nice to see a business that values customers above all and that’s exactly what they do here. You can tell they work WITH you not simply to money grab.
I run a business and typically have to get our tablets repaired often, and will be using this as my company of choice moving forward.
